Vision and Values

The Perinatal Council's vision and values are a reflection of a new emphasis on strategic visioning and planning. We believe these targets are attainable, but only if we continually reach beyond our current grasp, seeking new and inventive ways to deliver and fund the services so desperately needed by children and those who care for them.

Our long-range visions are to:

  • Become a local catalyst for systemic change through our alliances and affiliations with other providers

  • Purchase our own branch facilities throughout our service areas

  • Provide essential services supporting children and those who care for them in all communities in which we have a presence

  • Turn every branch office into a Family Resource Center

  • Become nationally known as an exemplary provider of services that support children and families

Our Values and Beliefs

We believe that:

  • Children deserve to grow up in a loving, nurturing and healthy environment
