How to Make In-Kind Donations

The Perinatal Council is grateful for in-kind donations, such as unused infant clothing, toys, office equipment, and other necessities, which are tax deductible to the extent allowed by law. We also seek active volunteers.

Adopt-A-Family

In November and December, you can "adopt" a family by donating toys, gifts, food, and cash so that people served by The Perinatal Council may enjoy a happy holiday season.

Baby Showers to Grow On

The Perinatal Council collects baby gifts for teen mothers and others at risk through hosting baby showers. If you would like to serve as a host, or if you can donate a gift, please contact Jill Sprenkel at 925-634-0265.

Gift list includes diapers, baby wipes, bottles, clothing, bibs, blankets, crib sheets, baby towels and washcloths, pacifiers, toys, mother's bags, and baby toiletries. Gifts should be unwrapped.

If you are interested in helping children and those who care for them, please call, write or e-mail the council to discuss the in-kind donation you'd like to make.
